About Me

Howdy!

I live in Chicago, Illinois by way of various cities in Tennessee. I grew up in an Army town, Clarksville, TN, as my dad was deployed overseas as a truck driver for the Army. I moved to Knoxville and got my degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!). And then, when I graduated behind a laptop in 2020, moved to Chattanooga to wait out the pandemic. After stirring for a couple years, I moved here and fell in love with this city. It’s vital to me to be surrounded by art and, specifically, artists. Maybe one day the honeymoon phase will end, but for now, in Chicago, sitting next to the lake with my dog, is my happiest place on earth.

Things that I love that aren’t theatre related: football, professional wrestling, Conan O’Brien, my wife, Catan, Rice Thai Cafe on Sheridan, farmer’s markets, a beer, Wes Anderson, and the album, Good Kid, Maad City

As an artist, I aim to stay versatile. I’m just as comfortable in a sketch show about milk at Second City as I am in a dramatic scene in a blackbox theatre. I LOVE stage combat and have experience in jiu jitsu and professional wrestling. Above all, I just love to create. Being in a room with artists, making something out of nothing is maybe the most fulfilling part of life to me.

Reach out and let’s create together!
